Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service with a warm and welcoming demeanor
Assist with package drop-offs, mailbox rentals, and notary services
Pack items safely using our specialized techniques
Utilize our PostalMate system for efficient shipping solutions
Maintain an organized and stocked store environment
Promote our services and manage sales transactions accurately

Ensure all customer interactions are positive and informative
Handle incoming mail and manage mailbox assignments
Keep the store clean and presentable at all times
Stay informed about new shipping regulations and store procedures
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals
Embrace training opportunities and adapt to new challenges

Greet customers and assist with their inquiries
Prepare shipments and recommend the best options
Manage cash register operations with accuracy
Support a team-oriented atmosphere and contribute to a positive work environment

Essential Skills & Qualifications

To excel as a Sales Associate at Wingspan Mail & Parcel, you must possess a strong foundation in customer service and retail operations. Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable, as is the ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy. You should be comfortable using computers and willing to learn our specific retail and shipping software. Physical stamina is important, as you will need to lift packages up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout your shift. We require candidates to be reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently once trained. Additionally, being (or becoming) a Notary Public is a requirement for this position.
